President & CEO
Drew Hoffmann
Drew founded On Air Direct in 2004 in an effort to warehouse, process and ship items for TV shopping giant QVC. This was a natural growth opportunity for Drew who has been representing successful brands on QVC’s multiple platforms since the early 90s. With On Air Direct, Drew has overseen the company’s growth from a small facility in Chester County to their new home in Pottstown, PA and a third location in Reno, NV which gives On Air Direct the ability to deliver to the entire country in a flash.
In his spare time, Drew loves cheering on his Villanova Wildcats’ basketball team and spending quality time with his wife and 3 kids. On warm, sunny days, there’s a good chance you’ll see him zipping through the rolling hills of Chester County in his classic 1979 MGB.
Sr. VP of Operations
Frank M. Ammendola
While still studying for his degree at West Chester University, Frank began his career with On-Air Sales and Marketing. Working with the on-air presentations at QVC, Frank was ready to tackle a new challenge when On Air Direct launched in 2004. He has been with the company since day-1, and today, Frank is Sr. Vice President of Operations and involved in all aspects of the 3PL business.
Frank’s competitive spirit is fueled inside the gyms of Pennsylvania where he is a competitive volleyball player. He also loves spending time with his wife and 2 adorable kids.
Vice President of Sales & Operations
John Beresk
John has been part of the OAD team since its infancy. In the early, all hands-on-deck days, John was the go-to guy to solve the steady stream of challenges that pop-up in a fast paced, expanding business. In his current role, he is responsible for every box, crate and container that goes in and out of OAD’s warehouses.
John enjoys spending time with his wife, Kylie, and their puppy, Finn.
