Kelly joined OAD’s team with over 35 years in a management position that cultivated her skills to be OAD’s Human Resource Administrator. You will find that she makes a work environment professional but fun at the same time. Often finding her making her daily walk around the warehouse making sure everyone is having a magical day while being productive. Kelly’s philosophy on business is driven by Walt Disney and how it takes people to make a company’s dream a reality. She believes in team building, employee recognition and giving them the materials, support, and encouragement to allow them to grow and be successful.
Kelly has a large family that all enjoy their time together either at Disney or the Cape May beach. She takes pride in all her children’s accomplishments. Kelly and her husband have lived in Fleetwood, PA their whole life and are very involved in their community organizations. She serves as the President of Fleetwood Community Civic Organization for the past ten years. As Fleetwood is about to celebrate 150 years, Kelly finds herself the chairman in orchestrating this celebration. She believes in giving back to a community that has been so influential in her life.
